Job summary

Brownsburg Health Care Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Brownsburg, Indiana. This role covers all shifts and requires providing high-quality nursing care within the scope of practice in accordance with standards and physician orders.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts including 7A-3P, 3-11P, and 11P-7A, with every other weekend required. Current LPN license and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met
• Follow established procedure for charting and incident reporting
• Document any change in patients' conditions, including nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or any other noticeable changes
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs
• Make rounds with physicians when necessary
• Follow company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brownsburg Health Care Center. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care within the scope of practice to ensure patients' needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, and center policies.

There are FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME opportunities with various shifts available, including 7A-3P, 3-11P, 11P-7A, with every other weekend required.
