Job summary

Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to lead a dedicated care team in a welcoming long-term care setting. You will oversee resident care, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality in a home-like environment.

The role requires an ASN/BSN and an active Virginia RN license; long-term care experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
