Job summary

Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead a care team in delivering compassionate, coordinated resident care in a small, home-like facility. You will contribute to a culture of respect and professional growth while ensuring compliance with LTC regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
