Job summary

Heritage Hall is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead a compassionate, resident-centered care team in a warm long-term care setting in Virginia. You will oversee clinical care, coordinate services, and mentor staff to ensure safety, dignity, and quality for every resident on every shift.

Required: ASN or BSN and an active Virginia RN license; long-term care experience preferred. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
• Ability to make independent decisions
