Job summary

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, Florida is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our evening shift. This part-time opportunity offers meaningful patient care in a resident-centered environment with a supportive team.

We have two part-time evening shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, both with every other weekend availability. The role requires an active Florida RN license and a commitment to high-quality care and regulatory

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license in Florida.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
• Enforce nursing protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Perform daily nursing rounds to verify adherence to care plans and clinical best practices.
• Assist with facility surveys, including preparation of documentation and follow-up actions.
• Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
