Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, FL, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated nursing team. You will partner with our Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to deliver personalized care and enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to uphold care standards, administering medications, managing timely orders, following care plans, documenting accurately, and maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing preferred.
