Aspen Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Billings, Montana. As an RN you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care, administer medications, supervise LPNs and CNAs, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with physicians to promote positive outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • Current and active RN license in the State of Montana.
  • Strong clinical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
  • Assess resident conditions and recognize changes in health status.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans as appropriate.
  • Supervise and coordinate resident care with LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
  • Provide clinical guidance, support, and direction to nursing team members.
  • Communicate significant changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate healthcare providers.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, care planning, and other clinical processes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members.
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
  • Maintain professional nursing standards and infection prevention practices.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program

Preferred:

  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, assisted living, memory care, or geriatric nursing

  • Experience with assessments, care planning, medication administration, and clinical documentation

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

  • Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership experience
