Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current Montana LPN license in good standing.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and coordinate care with CNAs and nursing staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare team.
• Follow policies, regulations, and nursing standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity and quality of life.
• Follow infection prevention practices.
• Provide guidance to CNAs and nursing team.
• Collaborate with physicians and RNs to support outcomes.
