Job summary

Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our resident-focused care team on the PM shift. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a $3 PM shift differential, early wage access via TapCheck, and low staffing ratios to support quality patient care.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, contribute to care plans, mentor CNAs, and collaborate with nurse managers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
