Job summary

Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center in Beloit, WI is seeking passionate nurses to join our resident-focused care team on the PM shift. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $3 shift differential, with early wage access through TapCheck.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, support care plans, and mentor CNA staff while ensuring resident safety. Wisconsin RN license and strong communication are required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
