Job summary

Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center in Beloit, WI is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our resident-focused care team on the PM shift. This is a full-time role with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for PM shift.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, support resident care plans, and mentor CNAs while collaborating with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary team. We offer shift differentials, early wage access, PTO, 401(k), and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
