Job summary

Barre Gardens Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Barre, VT. This full-time role offers a pay rate up to $50 per hour, with a pay-in-lieu option at $55 per hour; 37.5 hours weekly required to qualify for these rates, and a $350/week stipend for those traveling 50+ miles.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensed in Vermont.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate updates to physicians and families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
