A.G. Rhodes in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate, inclusive nonprofit team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality elder care in a person-directed setting, collaborating with LPNs and CNAs, and maintaining accurate electronic charting.

Formación

• Current RN license in good standing (GA or Multistate).
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred, willing to train new grads.
• CPR/BLS First Aid Certification is required.
• Passion for working with elders and patient-centered care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to lead care partners.
• Good documentation skills, electronic charting with PointClickCare preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications include:

• Current RN License in good standing. Must be Georgia or Multistate RN license.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train new grads
• Experience working in an Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
