Job summary

A.G. Rhodes in Marietta, GA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) care partners to join our memory care community. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with every other weekend requirements, in a compassionate, inclusive, and innovative nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA Certification.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred but willing to train newly certified CNAs.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Memory Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and maintain accurate records.
• Provide compassionate care in a memory care environment.
• Collaborate with LPNs and care partners to ensure coordinated care.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Care partner qualifications include:

• Current Georgia CNA Certification
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train newly certified C.N.A.s
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Memory Care experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
