Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Care Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join as PRN Care Partners across three metro Atlanta communities. A Georgia LPN license, at least 2 years in LTC, CPR/First Aid, and willingness to travel between communities for a minimum of two shifts per month are required.

Weekly pay and W-2 status are provided. We are a nonprofit with a culture described as compassionate, inclusive, empowering, and innovative.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia LPN license (unencumbered).
• Minimum 2 years in LTC or skilled nursing required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Experience in Person-Directed Care preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven documentation skills with electronic charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Document care plans and updates in electronic charting.
• Collaborate with care partners and families.
• Travel between three Metro Atlanta communities; cover at least two shifts per month.
• Maintain compassionate, person-centered care approach.

A.G. Rhodes Care Solutions Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Care partner qualifications include:

• Current Georgia or Unencumbered LPN License
