Job summary

HeartPath Home Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric home care team in Atlanta, GA. We provide high-quality in-home nursing for medically fragile children, delivering skilled care in the comfort of the patient’s home and coordinating with families and clinical leadership.

We offer PRN & flexible scheduling, weekly pay, paid training, supportive leadership, and opportunities to grow with a startup agency from the beginning, focusing on meaningful 1:1

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric, PICU, NICU or home care experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for caring for children and supporting families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting, including administering medications and treatments, and completing accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical leadership to ensure seamless care coordination
