Work Mode: Work from home - 100% remote, but must be licensed and residing in Michigan state

1. Strong Clinical Background - Ability to critically evaluate clinical data and medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with utilization management/clinical decision support for Medicare Advantage members.

3. Advanced Computer Skills - Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills

• Certification in Case Management or Utilization Review - experience in the review process for post-acute care settings, e.g., Skilled Nursing Facility, Long Term Acute Care, and/or Home Health Care.
• Time Management Skills - Ability to manage multiple reviews and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Computer Skills - experience with various software tools, Microsoft Office, and utilization of multiple monitors with WPM at a minimum of 45-50.

Education/Certifications

• State of Michigan RN License, Associates or higher.
