Sentara Hospital Support Services is hiring Registered Nurses for the Regional Resource Pool - Northern VA/Blue Ridge.

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Work Shift: Multiple shifts available, including flexible self-scheduling and premium pay options.

Overview: This Flexi-pool position requires a minimum of 48 hours per month, with at least one 12-hour shift after 3 pm and one weekend shift. Nurses must be available to work at two or more of the following hospitals: Woodbridge, Martha Jefferson (Charlottesville), Rockingham Memorial (Harrisonburg).

Responsibilities: Perform competent nursing care based on the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to professional standards and ethics.

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Diploma (Required)
• Active RN License (Required)
• At least 18 months of recent bedside experience in relevant units
