Overview:
Sentara Hospital Support Services is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Regional Resource Pool in Northern VA/Blue Ridge.
This position offers Flexi-pool / Swing Shifts and is ideal for experienced RNs seeking flexible self-scheduling and PREMIUM PAY.

• Requires a minimum of 48 scheduled hours per month
• At least 1 twelve-hour shift after 3pm and 1 weekend shift per month

- Must be available to work at least two of the following hospitals:

• Woodbridge, Martha Jefferson, Rockingham Memorial

- Residency requirement: Reside within 75 miles of two of the three hospitals listed above.

Role Description: The RN performs competent nursing care based on the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to professional standards and demonstrating clinical knowledge in various units.

Education:

• Registered Nurse Diploma (Required)

Experience:
