Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross; Registered Nurse (MO) - NCSBN/NURSYS.
• RN licensure in MO (NURSYS)

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with the health care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Intermediate Unit Experience

Shift Details

Day shift 6:45 pm to 7:15 am

This position comes with night and weekend shift differential.

Work

• Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines
