Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) seeks an RN Clinical Trainer to lead onboarding, training, and professional development for Registered Nurses across family planning and abortion services. The role also provides direct patient care, serving as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff within PPLM standards.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1–3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills expected.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stay active through shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RN onboarding, training, and competency assessments.
• Deliver and support clinical training for RNs across care areas.
• Collaborate with RN Managers to develop and maintain training materials.
• Monitor training progress and advise on RN readiness and advancement.
• Participate in RN interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Provide direct patient care and clinical support to ensure access to services.
• Maintain training records and regulatory compliance.
