Job summary

Northern Arizona Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate the care of patients and families, deliver direct patient care, educate patients and families, and plan for discharge. You will lead the care team, act as a preceptor, and participate as an active member of the healthcare team, while following ANA standards and maintaining infection prevention practices.

Required qualifications include a BSN within six years for new hires, an active Arizona RN license (or valid compact),

Qualifications

• BSN degree within 6 years for new hires
• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid compact license
• BLS certification required
• ATCN within 18 months of hire
• PALS within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency with EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care and education.
• Discharge planning and evaluation of outcomes.
• Lead ancillary staff and mentor as preceptor.
• Adhere to ANA standards and ethics.
