Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead patient assessments, tailor rehabilitation plans, and coordinate care across departments. You will guide patients and families through recovery, delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing in a state-of-the-art inpatient setting.

Qualified candidates hold RN licensure, CPR, and preferably ACLS and CRRN certification; one year of rehab hospital experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
