Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized, compassionate care and guide patients through rehabilitation to recover and return home. You will supervise care, assess patients, tailor care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

A valid RN license is required; CPR certification; ACLS/CRRN preferred; one year of rehab hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
