Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly seeks a Registered Nurse to join a compassionate care team focused on patient-centered rehabilitation. You will supervise care, perform assessments, and tailor plans to support each patient’s recovery.

CPR certification is required, ACLS and CRRN are preferred, with about a year of rehab hospital experience desirable. You’ll collaborate across departments and engage families in the healing journey.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS and CRRN are preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs.
