Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, compassionate rehabilitation care. You will assess patients, tailor care plans, supervise treatments, and collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and have a genuine commitment to rehabilitation. ACLS/CRRN are preferred, with prior rehab hospital experience welcomed.

Competenze

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
