Henry Ford Health is seeking a part-time registered nurse for midnight shift on our 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The role emphasizes leadership in coordinating compassionate patient care and applying the nursing process to assess and plan care, while educating patients and families.
The RN will communicate essential patient information to the health care team, document care, and participate in solving variances from patient goals.
Shift: Midnights
Status: Part time; 24 ours per week
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

36 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. This unit has a variety of patients (stroke, motor vehicle accidents, transplants) that require hospital-level care in conjunction with intensive rehabilitation by a team that consist of nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech.
