Henry Ford Health in Michigan seeks a qualified nurse for the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit on the night shift. You will lead coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and document teaching for patients and families.

The role requires BSN preferred and clinical knowledge to develop effective care plans, with strong communication skills to interact with patients, families and hospital staff.

Formación

Job Description

Shift: Midnights

Status: Full Time; 7:00 pm to 7:30 am with alternating weekend schedule

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• BSN preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

Unit 2600 – Medical/ Telemetry Unit– Medical Surgical Telemetry, 8 private bed unit. We provide care to a wide variety of med/surg patients with and without telemetry needs.
