Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Midland Odessa is seeking Registered Nurses for a full-time, part-time, or PRN schedule, with day and night options in Odessa, Texas. The role centers on supervising care, assessing patients, and crafting personalized care plans that drive patient recovery.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and support fellow staff.
