Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time day shifts on a 12-hour schedule. The role offers a base pay range of $43.47 to $74.95 per hour DOE, plus applicable shift differentials, and a Union CBA position.

The RN provides comprehensive bedside care across emergent, acute, swing bed and long-term swing bed units, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current licensure in the State of Washington as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Active on the Registry for WA State
• Current BLS upon hire and for duration of employment
• Current ACLS and PALS certification upon hire or within 3 months of hire
• Current TNCC training and certification upon hire or within 1 year of hire

Aufgaben

• Obtains nursing history and performs basic physical assessment.
• Initiates and maintains plan of care with ongoing reassessment.
• Administers medications and IV fluids according to patient needs.
• Performs basic nursing skills (IV therapy, catheter/NG insertion, CPR).
• Triages and documents initial assessments and discharge planning.
