Encompass Health Corporation is actively seeking a Registered Nurse to support patient rehabilitation in a dedicated hospital setting in Texas. You will supervise nursing care, assess patients, tailor care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, personalized patient care from admission through discharge.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehab hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
