The VA NJ Health Care System seeks a motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented RN for the Referral Coordination Team (RCT). The RN reviews and triages specialty care consults, evaluates clinical documentation, applies clinical guidelines and SLAs, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely access to specialty care for Veterans.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required as per VA standard.
• Graduate of a school of professional nursing and licensed to practice.
• Must meet licensure and education requirements for VA nurses.
• Foreign education evaluated if applicable and licensure is active.

• Triages and directs specialty care referrals to ensure timely access.
• Reviews and triages consultations and evaluates clinical documentation.
