Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse – Recent Grad Med Surg in the Collierville, TN area. The role welcomes nurses with experience in cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology and more, with day or night shifts and full-time, part-time or per diem options.

Qualified candidates hold an ADN/ASN or higher and must have an active Tennessee RN license. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, 401K, paid time off, and tuition assistance in a teaching hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for diverse med-surg patient populations including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, wound care, ostomy care and Dug care.
• Monitor patients with EKG, wound drainage, drains and TC/TP for appropriate responses.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
