Select Specialty Hospital - Memphis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) new graduate for the night shift in Memphis, TN. The role emphasizes an extensive 10–13 week orientation with a dedicated preceptor and a supportive environment for post-ICU recovery patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Current or eligible State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement the plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans with goals and discharge planning.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team to evaluate rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation in medical records.

Schedule: Full-Time Nights - 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Compensation: $36.31 per hour

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Applicants may apply before being licensed however must have license upon start date.

• In collaboration with the physician and their preceptor, you will assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program
