Rezult Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity in Reading, PA. The role is night shift (Mon-Fri, 11 PM–7 AM) with a 30-minute daily lunch, totaling 37 hours. Local pay rate ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, with travel pay of $2220 weekly and a travel stipend of $1246 weekly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of ER, ICU or occupational health RN experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• PA RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
• Provide or manage physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, CDC, etc.).
• Monitor Medical Surveillance for multiple locations to meet OSHA standards (hearing and vision screenings, blood draws, vaccinations).
• Provide nursing, triage, and emergency care for over 400 employees in the Occupational Health Clinic (BP monitoring, immunizations, lab draws, first aid, referrals).
• Educate the emergency medical response team in CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne pathogens.
• Provide case management of workers' compensation cases within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
• Provide or manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirement; such as OSHA, Department of Transportation, CDC, etc.
• Monitors Medical Surveillance for several locations ensuring that all meet OSHA standards including hearing and vision screenings, blood draws, providing vaccinations as needed.
• Provides nursing, triage, and emergency care for over 400 employees in the Occupational Health Clinic including blood pressure monitoring, immunizations, lab draws, first aid, and referrals.
• Educates the emergency medical response team in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, First Aid, Bloodborne pathogens
• Provides case management of workers compensation cases within the company.

Requirements:
