Job summary

KMG Healthcare is seeking an Overnight Occupational Health RN for a short-term contract in Reading, PA. The role features a consistent 11:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule (Tue–Sat), 40 hours weekly, and a $60/hour W-2 pay with weekly pay.

The assignment runs through 12/31/2026 with possible extension or conversion to permanent. Responsibilities include injuries/illness care, screenings, and OSHA record maintenance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses within RN scope.
• Perform occupational health screenings (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Support return-to-work through health programs and case management.
• Maintain OSHA records and employee medical files.
• Recognize and respond to on-site emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician.

Occupational Health RN - Overnight Contract | $60/hr | Weekly Pay | Reading, PA

Looking for a well-paid short-term assignment that could turn into more? Bring your RN skills to a corporate health center, where you’ll care for a workforce instead of a hospital floor.

• $60.00/hr W-2, about $2,400/week for a 40-hour schedule

• Corporate health setting: no hospital chaos, no heavy patient loads
• Consistent 8-hour shifts: no rotating schedule, and Sundays and Mondays off

Schedule:

• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday (40 hrs/week)

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses within your RN scope of practice
• Perform occupational health screenings, including EKG, audiometry, spirometry, and vision
• Support employees’ return to work through health programs and case management
• Maintain OSHA records, reports, and employee medical files
• Recognize and respond to emergencies on site
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician

What you need:

• Active Pennsylvania RN license (or compact license)
• Current AHA or ARC BLS for Healthcare Providers (hands-on)

Nice to have:

• Experience in occupational health, ER, urgent care, or ambulatory care
• EMR experience
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety
