Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Rapid Response to provide immediate bedside intervention across hospital units, assess and stabilize deteriorating patients, and initiate critical care protocols. You will collaborate with physicians and code teams, mentor staff, and utilize advanced monitoring tools to ensure prompt and effective care.

In this role, you will contribute to patient safety and quality outcomes, working with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license with relevant clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with advanced monitoring tools and critical care protocols preferred.
• Excellent communication, education, and mentorship abilities.
