Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks an RN Critical Response Nurse to respond to clinical emergencies, perform rapid assessments, and initiate evidence-based interventions for high-acuity and deteriorating patients.

You will collaborate with physicians, ICU teams, and bedside nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes, support safe transfers to higher levels of care, and educate staff on early warning signs.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Experience in critical care or emergency settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills.
