Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team in South Jersey. The RN will provide professional patient care within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting, applying the nursing process to a designated group of patients.

Oncology experience is preferred to support acute care needs. The role requires adherence to policies, strong communication with staff and supervisors, and commitment to exceptional patient service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• RN must have at least 2 years of acute care experience (Oncology experience required).
• Graduate of NLN-accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers).
• Specialties may require advanced certification (ACLs, NALS, PALS).

• Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.
• Provides excellent customer service, interfacing well with all levels of staff, management, and physicians.

Short Description

The Registered RN is a professional caregiver, who as a member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame. They supervise and provide care to these patients utilizing the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self.
