Job description

You will participate and work with a team to deliver hands-on, compassionate, end-of-life care while supporting patients, family members, and other community caregivers as they navigate their journey.

Responsibilities and Qualities:
  1. Providing exceptional, compassionate care that emphasizes the art of compassion alongside clinical skills.
  2. Ensuring each visit meets the company's standard of a 'perfect visit.'
  3. Supporting patients, families, and community caregivers throughout the end-of-life process.

Qualifications:
  • Registered nurse with current licensure in the state.
  • Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license with insured, well-maintained vehicle.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent professional nursing experience or a baccalaureate degree in nursing with relevant experience.
  • Preferred: at least two years’ experience in public health, home care, or hospice nursing.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to supervise hospice aides.
  • Excellent observational, problem-solving, communication, and nursing skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, lift, and perform necessary nursing tasks.

Job Details:

Pay: $56.00 - $60.00 per hour

Hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday
