Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Illinois. You will participate in governance and quality initiatives, applying evidence-based practices to improve care processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and plan care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the care team while maintaining accurate EHR documentation. You will uphold patient safety, pursue ongoing professional development, and adhere to ANA

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with multi-state or state privileges.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• Telehealth licensing can be required depending on assignment.

Responsabilités

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
