AdventHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Progressive Care, nights, in Overland Park, KS. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, educate patients and families, and participate in a Clinical Ladder program offering opportunities for salary progression based on performance and development. Full time nights with a sign-on bonus may apply.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year in an acute care setting is preferred.

Registered Nurse Progressive Care Full Time Nights

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000.00 For eligible candidates

Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
