Job Description

Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and supervising other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of patients and consulting with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes. Provides professional nursing care in clinic settings, including telephone triage, patient flow, scheduling emergent appointments, patient education, inserting intravenous access, and managing samples. Delegates tasks based on competencies and scope of practice. Works autonomously or in teams, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism. May cover additional duties as needed.
