Job summary

My Health Onsite is looking for a PRN LPN or RN for their health centers in Ocala and Inverness, Florida. You will be essential in welcoming patients, obtaining vital signs, educating them about their health, and documenting care. Candidates must hold a current RN or LPN license in Florida, have BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. LPN or RN-PRN (Marion County & Inverness Health Centers)

My Health Onsite manages employer-sponsored health & wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a “number.” Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured – we make prevention our number one goal.

Possible Schedule: PRN

Ocala/Marion County: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8a‑5p, Wednesday 8a‑6p and Friday 8a‑4p

Inverness: Monday, Tuesday 7a‑4p and Wednesday 9a‑6p

Essential Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and escort to exam room
• Obtain and record vital signs (BP, heart rate, pulse oximetry, height, weight, waist circumference)
• Educate patients regarding their illness and treatment, including self‑care, prevention and health maintenance
• Perform all nursing care duties, including procedures, injections, EKGs and phlebotomy
• Document all assessments, actions, care and treatment responses, and communications in patient record in EMR

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted State of Florida RN or LPN license (or compact license that includes Florida)
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Patient focused and demonstrate exceptional customer service
• At minimum one year experience as an LPN or RN
