Job summary

Palms-Home-Care in Ocala, FL is seeking dedicated RN home health nurses for FT and PRN positions. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with the care team to deliver high-quality, in-home nursing.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve health outcomes, including training in self-care techniques.
• Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the patient’s care plan.
• Supervise and support LPNs to ensure high standards of care.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support patients and team operations.
