Job summary

Kadima Healthcare in the United States is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents under medical direction, and in coordination with the Director of Nursing and Medical Director.

The role includes supervising non-licensed personnel, assisting with treatment modifications, and fulfilling other duties as needed, all while maintaining compliance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under medical direction and supervision.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet residents' physical and psychological needs in line with facility policies and standards.
