ClarkLindsey is seeking registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care for residents at our Urbana, IL campus. This PRN role floats across units to support resident wellness and daily operations, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will participate in assessments, care planning, medication administration and collaboration with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes and safety for older adults.

Formación

• Active Illinois nursing license.
• RN or LPN with healthcare experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must comply with HIPAA privacy and security rules.
• Stand-by shifts required; nurses may float between departments after training.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to medical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers and interdisciplinary team for optimal care.

• Educate residents and families about health conditions, treatments and preventive measures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and community policies.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.

• Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to the appropriate medical professionals.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Educate residents and their families about overall wellbeing, health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and community policies.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older adults.

Benefits and Compensation

• The pay for this position is $39.00 per hour for RN and $32.25 per hour for LPN. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

  Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am. (CNA, RA, LPN, RN)

Job Requirements

• Per the Illinois Department of Public Health, all team members must receive the annual influenza vaccine (exemption requests will be reviewed). We also encourage team members to get the latest COVID-19 vaccine.

• Must have an active Illinois nursing license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language.
• Must abide by ClarkLindsey’s HIPAA privacy and security rules as described in the Employee handbook.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public.
• Stand-by shifts are required. This will be discussed during the interview process.
• After training, nurses may float between departments to optimize resident care needs.
