Atlas Post Acute is hiring registered nurses for PRN shifts in our skilled nursing facilities. Shifts include 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am to support patient care and continuity.

You will provide RN nursing services, coordinate resident care, and collaborate with a compassionate team to improve outcomes for seniors.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus, but not required
