Global Quality Home Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-home care team serving Dorchester, Berkeley, Orangeburg, and surrounding counties in South Carolina. This PRN role focuses on client visits, health assessments, and developing ADL plans tailored to each client's needs.

You will monitor progress, educate families, evaluate caregiver performance, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of home-based care while staying

Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license in South Carolina.
• 1–2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Strong clinical skills and health assessment experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop ADL plans for individuals.
• Experience evaluating caregivers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting client visits, assessing client conditions and environments, developing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) plans based on client needs, and evaluating caregiver performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client visits to assess their health conditions and living environments.
• Develop individualized care plans, including ADLs, based on the specific needs of each client.
• Monitor and document client progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management and ADLs.
• Evaluate the performance of caregivers to ensure they are providing quality care according to the established care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in home care nursing.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in conducting health assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement ADL plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Experience in evaluating and providing feedback to caregivers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
