Job summary

Global Quality Home Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-home care team serving Dorchester, Berkeley, Orangeburg, Columbia, Beaufort, and Colleton counties. The PRN role focuses on conducting client visits, health assessments, and developing Activities of Daily Living plans based on client needs.

You will monitor progress, educate clients and families, document care, and ensure caregiver performance aligns with plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina.
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client visits to assess health conditions and living environments.
• Develop individualized care plans including ADLs for each client.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate clients and families on health management and ADLs.
• Evaluate caregiver performance to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
